    Through the last 54 games it was @ 3.31 but Sunday's game spiked it a little to 3.53 I guess. Clay lol.

    They are having him take some swings against Owens in a some what of an organized pick-up game at Fenway Park.. If all goes well, which is very likely, I think he could be back in the line up THURS/ FRI.....Tanaka is pitching Thursday for the Yankees so they could hold off until Friday.

    David Price, is on track to pitch the last game of the season. With Porcello if needed to pitch the one game playoff on the following Tuesday if needed. John Farrell already adjusted it ,so it can be like that. It was in the WEEI notes 2 days ago. That was reason Pomeranz was given the extra days rest.

    After the Rays the Jays have a mini WC trip through LAA/SEA. Not going to be easy. They aren't winning all of them road games. The M's are hot now. I agree its very important to have a very good week and try to open this up a little. The next home stand for the O's is TB/AZ/Bos. I thought Dave O said that last night on NESN. NYY isn't going to win the East. Just get Baltimore out of the way and concentrate on Toronto.

    Beni against RHP/ Young against LHP...That's how I see this working out down the stretch. If Young goes a couple of hitless games they will make the switch. I agree ride him now while he swinging good. It's also safe to say Bradley is out of his slump as well.

    No doubt. But he has to pitch the rest of the way. They have nobody else. He was bad yesterday. We all agree. It's Buchholz or Owens. Make your pick. We don't want Owens pitching unless it's a simulated game throwing Beni BP.
