Oakland a better road team then home team, as far as scoring runs, also if they win wont have to travel far to Boston. Yanks got their work cut out for them, and so does Boston whoever wins. Play-offs throw everything out the window, at least for me.

Fans don't know Velazquez was a star in the Mexican League, that DD signed. Always known for changing speeds and not walking batters. Obviously the caliber of hitters way different, but it was a good gamble by DD.

No that's not what I'm saying, but spin it anyway you want. Every game should be important, every match-up should be important, all games you should be learning, from something that you might need to fall back on down the road.

Just wait see what happens in the Play-offs. Kimbrel blows 2 games, things could change, he's lights out, then you think what to do. Way to early to worry about this.

So you don't think Pitchers who have success in this series with the Guardians, who we might face has no value. Hope Cora doesn't think that way.

You don't think Swihart makes the Roster? I do, adds too much versatility in Play-off games.

With Wright you have to have CV on Play-off roster, he handles him the best behind the plate. Catcher just as important when thinking about Wright. Remember when Wright pitched in Houston a couple of years back, Lavarnway was here then, had a nightmare game there. That ball was moving like crazy there.
