JD is scuffling, he is 6/30 with 1 HR in his last 8 games
  2. Oscars
Totally agree, I can’t wait until Duran comes up. He can’t be worse than the production we have had at lead off in 2021

A little breathing room for Barnes

There are a mountain of good fielders who can’t get a gig in the majors because they can’t hit a lick, so Marwin is not special in that regard.
  5. Oscars
Marwin and his 2021 0.1 WAR just need to go away
  6. Oscars
I don’t like him and his 23% strike out rate and below league average OPS , and would be happy to see him go. With another year on his contract the Sox are stuck with him

Great start. For a singles hitter Hernandez is a very poor contact hitter
  8. Oscars
Another poor series in the field, with 5 errors over the 3 games

That was a lesson on how to completely butcher a great opportunity

Of late Dalbec has been rewarding your love, as he is only a couple of hits away from getting his OPS up to the league average of .712

Im rather fond of his .386 OBP

I’m about ready for the Duran era to begin!

The Sox fielders continue to stink it up on the field, leading the majors in errors. It’s not as if the Sox are full of sluggers like Manny who are average fielders, with only Dever’s falling into that category.

Why is Andriese in a 1 run game with his 5.3ERA ?
  15. Oscars
Yes Dever’s himself is his only impediment to greatness with the bat
  16. Oscars
    Wtf !!!

Is Richards the new Red Sox version of Otahni ? Lol
  18. Oscars
The Red Sox are last in MLB in errors/game in 2021 at 0.72 per game. The Rays are the best at 0.38 /game.

Verdugo certainly has some flair for the big moment
  20. Oscars
Some breathing room for the struggling EROD
  21. Oscars
Devers doesn’t need the pitch to be a strike to hit a HR !”

Is Cora relaying the catchers signals to the Astros hitters ?!!! Lol
  23. Oscars
Perez has taken 46 pitches to get 4 outs!!!
  24. Oscars
The Astros have an impressive hitting line up, with an OPS of .795 or more all the way down to number 7 in their order. By comparison by the time we get down to our 6th hitter , Marwin has an OPS .604 .

    Bogey is gold
