looks like he was not worth spending the $13MM on this season. based on the amount of boos after the 2nd and 3rd HR's he gave up last night i doubt very many number 11 jerseys were sold. time to either: bullpen DFA trade for peanuts on the flipside....number 24 has been pitching very well his last 3 starts. here's hoping kneE-Rod comes back strong. DD has to be looking to make SP deals....get ready to say goodbye to prospects. thanks Clay. -
yup. MLB network had a handful of statcast games last season. i am hopeful Directv extra innings will add a statcast channel/nightly game.

well Farrell's decision has been made easy. kneE-Rod will most certainly be replacing Clay. now what to do with Clay? Bullpen? trade? (no expectations of decent prospects in return) waiver and pray it's picked up? DFA? I would try him in the pen.

we are already over the luxury tax for 2016. if FO wanted Rich Hill this season they would have gotten him. the fact is we had plenty of SP depth when Hill signed his 1 year deal with Oakland.

He also threw a "gunk ball," which combined a mixture of baby oil, turpentine, and resin. He kept the "gunk" in a roll-on dispenser, which, the story goes, Yogi Berra once mistook for deodorant, gluing his arms to his sides in the process.
