    IMO the Pom trade is still up for debate whether it was a good trade. To me it was a bad trade from day 1 (when DD traded for an injured player who was basically a RP just turned SP that only had 2 pitches and had early success first time through the league with those 2 pitches).... When given the chance a few weeks after the trade DD should have fought to cancel that trade and swap back....

    Agreed. Protection in the lineup is key. JDM was a terrific signing and a perfect fit for this team.

    I like the HR derby. Always loved the old black and white HR contests. Mano y mano. The HR derby at all star break was getting stale with Bernmans “back back back” shtick and the insanely long turns. Now that it’s clocked it’s pretty good IMO. I also enjoy the actual all star game. The worlds greatest baseball players sharing the field for 3 hours. If you don’t take it too seriously it can be enjoyable. Again IMO...
