  1. I want some too....
  2. right. sometimes they show JDM having a chat with X-bo or Benny and they assume/state he is schooling them on hitting. he could very well be telling them about the blonde with big ta-ta's in section 102 row 3...... i need independent sourcing outside of dave obrien (who doesnt know a can of corn from a dinger) or dennis eckersly (who is more concerned about "i gotta have that")...
  3. i think this is why post #3109 was written. Question for those saying JDM is helping everyone with hitting...i do not live in the Boston area so do not hear the sports radio and do not get NESN outside of the 3 hours of the game feed. who is stating that JDM is going out of his way to help our other hitters perform better? i dont doubt this, just wondering who and where it is coming from....
  4. remember when Paps choked out bryce? kinda wish he choked out his dad too..... S5: my 12u boys are doing Cooperstown tournament in 2 weeks. after opening ceremony we have a skills competition. of course HR derby is part of it but there is also: Pitcher: accuracy & speed catcher: POP time & accuracy throw to 2b OF: accuracy throw home INF: throwing velocity speed: time 2nd to home. Perhaps the major leagues can incorporate some of these into a total skills competition instead of just HR derby?
  5. FYI ESPN news is doing a statcast broadcast of the HR derby....
  6. His dad looks like he rapey....
  7. Not really. He’s a RP with 2 pitches. Now that the league has seen him he’s exposed. He’s exactly what he is. Unfortunately DD had zero clue....
  8. And we still have better starting pitching then any ALE team.....
  9. the good news is that JBj has never taken his offensive cold streaks to the defensive side of baseball. in the case of Jackie Bradley Jr. defense is his purpose on this team. his occasional game tying double in the bottom of the 9th with 2 outs is just a bonus.....
  10. he has a case of the Ellsburys....
  11. i dont like holt at 2b at all. i have been pushing for 2b for a long time now this season. but with the injuries to our SP that is the priority. based on how quickly (ie: slowly) E-rod has recovered from previous injuries i expect him to be out for awhile. based on how quickly (ie: slowly) wright has recovered from previous injuries i expect him to be out for awhile. based on the fact that i never wanted a 2 pitch SP in our rotation i dont expect much from Pom. upgrading 2b would be very much welcomed. but with limited resources pitching has become our most important need. pitching = parades.....
  12. i remember hearing something about shields in post #483 here: https://www.talksox.com/forum/threads/18724-Who-Should-the-Red-Sox-Trade-For/page17
  13. A starter and a reliever should be the priority now. 2b has been pushed down.
  14. BJ not fooling hitters now. Have to start putting up some crooked numbers...
  15. When it comes to the inept Red Sox medical staff I wouldn’t be surprised if it was a knee, ankle, and wrist....
  16. Yup. JBj has had tons of loud outs this year...
  17. Is this the same prediction like your 86 win total?
  18. For a 1 game postseason start I would roll my dice with schilling....
  19. Thanks for stopping by to....not troll? Btw, betances blow any games lately, his performance of late will likely remove him from high leverage situations
  20. What makes it really funny is he had a basehit, RBI, and run scored in the game.....
  21. I can’t really blame our offense for tonight’s L. 7 runs should be enough to get a W....
