    even if he matches or surpasses last years numbers i dont think he opts out this offseason as he still has 1 more year at fat money. after 2020 - maybe.

    good point about devers. he seems to have invested himself defensively on the mental side of it and his footwork/throws are much more consistent right now. i know there has been talk of him being 1b for a couple years now but i honestly see him as being our 3bman for the next 10 years.

    agreed. i had predicted this past homestand was do or die for him. i am guessing he either showed a little better approach to give Cora hope or as stated many many times...we just dont have any options for CF/OF at the moment. maybe when Holt gets back they send JBj a message?

    Perhaps the oppo taco basehit a couple games ago has kept JBj from perma bench. he didnt K yesterday so i guess Cora is trying baby steps. 2 & 3 years ago i would have never said this - glad Price is back on the bump for us. with JD day off we will need price to be good price.

    We missed out on a defensive out in the first inning or 2 when JD didn’t get to the flyball that bounced into the seats. No runs scored but it shifts the batting lineup/outs for all future innings after that. Every out matters. #alloutsmatter

    If JBj was in the lineup we would have scored -1 runs!! Good thing he didn’t play so we ended up scoring a WHOPPING 1 run. No scoring is all JBj’s fault!!! We would have won so many more games this year if he was benched!!
