He is good. He has other outfield assists this year. He just doesn't have much range. This was JDM's 3d outfield assist in 17 games. Renfroe has 11 in 72 games.

Bad steal attempt, but, assuming the A's don't score in the 9th, Santana will not lead off the 10th and will start on 2b.

Actually, he babies lots of guys, not just pitchers. And it seems to work. Trivino gets another call.

WEEI guys say move Santana to 1b, Marwin to 2b, and Kike to CF for the bottom of the 9th.
