I guess "fair" is subjective. I see both positive and negative comments on every game thread and I think they are balanced given the fact that its human nature to want to complain more than complement.

If we do not win today then take care of business in NY (4 games) we likely will enter free fall like other Red Sox teams have done in the past. Gotta win at least two in NY. Otherwise I doubt we will be playing in October.

Devers is at .236/.751 with SF. I don’t think he’s a happy camper there-or anywhere else for that matter. Good riddance

Not that bad. We just ran into one of the better pitchers in baseball. And that’s a bad combination when added to a slumping team. Fortunately all our competitors also lost.

It’s an improvement. They’ll likely play a playoff game this year unless the bottom drops out. But you’re right: if Breslow is doing this on his own he should be fired along with Cora.

To be fair they were facing one of the top pitchers in the game. And too many players aren’t hitting the ball. Bad combination. Worse yet, we have Boohler going tomorrow.

He was never fast. The last thing this team needs is Bregman going down again. I don’t mind him Pacing himself in a game like this.

The pen had a couple of bad games but last I checked they were best in the AL. Slaten will be back soon. The pen isn’t the problem. It’s the hitting.
