We aren't making the playoffs. The season for the FLOPS is already over. In a league that sucks we suck more than just three teams in terms of winning percentage in the AL of the 15 teams. We are playing bums like IKF and Durbin and Gaspar out there nearly every day. Bello has sucked too. We were counting on him to deliver and he delivered an egg. I don't often wager but I would be willing to wager that we will not make the playoffs this year and will accept bets from anyone interested in losing their money on this.

Correct. Fourth place team since Henry the Cheap failed to acquire the necessary talent to augment what we started with. I still think fourth place is the best guess though dead last is still in second place.

Probably an investor who makes winning a top priority. The fans would come back if the owner wasn’t a confirmed cheapskate. Boycotting the park is an excellent way for the fans to tell Henry the Cheap what they think of him

He was in one of the Star Trek movies with Patrick Stewart. I enjoyed that one too, but it certainly wasn’t a classic like A Clockwork Orange.

Sure it makes sense. As of right now the FLOPS are dead last in all of baseball in runs scored, 29th HRs,, 27th in SLG, and 25th in OPS. Their pitching is 9th in ERA. The SPing is above average and had the bullpen needs been addressed along with obtaining two very good preferably RHH we would likely have been right in the thick of things. The nucleus is there but because BresLOW is incompetent and Henry won't spend the necessary money to get talent, instead settling for budget bums like IKF, Gaspar, and Durbin, we are a last place club. Part of it is, I am sure, that the team is demoralized because the players absolutely know what the team needed to compete and what the team DIDN'T get. The worst part of it for me is that Henry is a LIAR when he claims that winning is a priority. At least he should be honest and state that MAKING MONEY is the highest priority in a business.

Wishful thinking. Unfortunately these bums can’t hit the baseball. We shouldn’t be in the running for a WC. We should be competing for the ALE crown. We have the nucleus to do it but BresLOW failed this past winter. Same story nearly every year. Remember the “full throttle” lie?

As of right now the Flops are in LAST PLACE. We STINK. That’s because BresLOW hired bums like Gaspar, IKF, and Durbum instead of talented players like Schwarber and Alonso. This was a year we should have been competitive. We have our ace and a good SP staff and Anthony is going to come around. Contreras was a good addition but we needed one or two more. Instead BresLOW urinated away a chance to compete THIS YEAR. Now it’s not even June and everyone is talking about selling already. What a crappy franchise. -
Maybe the third base coach has a clear understanding of exactly where the team is at right now and of its current needs.
