  1. This team has accomplished absolutely nothing. There are many weaknesses for those who are objective about the team to mention. To name a few: Boohler, Fitts, Wong (how many RBIs does he have this year?), Toro (who has had his day in the limelight) etc. The SPing is decent but could have been improved. There are many reasons we are not the favorites to win a pennant if one is objective and not mindlessly optimistic. The team could have been greatly improved if our incompetent GM had done what he was hired to do. He didn’t, so we are stuck competing for a WC spot. You may be happy with the results for the past few years but I am not. So get back to me when they have accomplished something.
  2. Vlad was one of a kind. Rafaela is no Vlad.
  3. You do. Otherwise you wouldn’t have commented on it. Btw-which ML stadium has the second highest elevation? Hint: it’s not Atlanta
  4. Breslow absolutely FAILED at the deadline. Obviously the team is playing well now but if he had obtained a #2 SP, a good RH to play 1B, and a decent backup catcher we could have been the favorites to win at least the AL. Instead he got M&Ms.
  5. Do you send Rafaela here with a 6-1 lead? I would. Because they hit him.
  6. I thought we’d win one game. I thought the results on the deadline would demoralize the players but it’s had the opposite effect.
  7. .710-.740. As the season wears on and he gets tired his plate discipline will get even worse, if that’s possible
  8. Plus we got May and Matz! How can we possibly lose now?
  9. Do I need to repeat his problems with a bat in his hands? I suggest we drop it for today. The Flops are up 6-1. Enjoy it.
  10. Yup. He’s a great and versatile defender. And very mediocre with the bat.
  11. Btw-I didn’t bring up Rafaela’s problems with a bat in his hands
  12. We all know he has no plate discipline. No need to try to defend him. He’d be much better than a great defensive player if he could fix that problem
  13. Rafaela needs to steal a base here
  14. Isn’t KC series a home series?
  15. Oh-he can hit if the pitcher grooves one. That’s not his problem. We all know what his problem is.
  16. “The second highest Major League Baseball stadium by altitude is Chase Field, home of the Arizona Diamondbacks, at 1,061 feet above sea level. ” Per AI… Gotta keep SS honest here….😉
