Yeah, if he "developed" into a .250 hitter what would his slash line look like? .250/.300/.300? He'd have to be putting up +30 UZR numbers to justify putting him in the lineup.
Ozzie Smith had a few seasons where he was above average with the bat, plus he got on base at a very respectable clip. If Iglesias just develops into a .250 hitter, then he's more like a Rey Ordonez.
