    my prediction Victorino takes Sabathia yard.. and i concur with most about JBJ Victorino and Ellsbury making a solid outfield and infield has Lasershow Iggy and Middlebrooks.. super excited about the game today.. GO GO SOX! :thumbsup: yep same here..

    so they paid the money to get a fairly decent guy and you are complaining, if they wouldnt have gotten him and Iggy crapped his pants you would have complained why didnt we sign Troy Tulo.. :dunno: let Ben ride couple years on his signings see how good/bad he is with his overall signing of players.

    Game 4, Millar draws a walk... Dave Roberts stealing that base. and then comes the tying run by Bill Mueller, and Papi to the rescue in extras. ALCS was just epic.. Game 5 the pitching from Wakefield in extras. Game 6 the bloody sock.. Game 7 the grand slam.. and lots of moments in between.

    yep i do see your viewpoint. but someone here also suggested that he can go back to Pawtucket and spend 20 days and that would save the extra year. also having that many Left handed pitchers in the first 2 weeks makes more sense for JBJ to spend time at Pawtucket initially. but he definitely is one of the top candidates to be called up.

    the winter has been okay here in IL got 1 big storm 10 days back, the other one was a storm and turned out to be 2 inches.. otherwise same old.. work and home.. cant wait for the season to start already though.

    Barnes was overpowering everyone but he was in single A, at AA he did have some rough outings which is good. but you are right we were all about Barnes last year until we got DLR and Webster. My directv MLB channel shows pregames so i do get a glimpse of some of the games. i did see Wright pitch and he was leaving all his pitches right in the belt level and i was cringing at every pitch.. his knuckle ball only drops by a little and without any movement.. unless he brings more to his reportoire i think he is not going to make it.

    lets give DLR half a season in AAA and see what he can do.. its too early to make assumptions on who is going to do what based on 3 outings.

    getting confused between Pedro de la Rosa and Jose Dela Torre... i saw Torre getting beaned today in the game and i was like duh another bust... thanks. so whts the scouting on De La Rosa so far
