What kills me about 2 out walks in that situation especially is that we end up walking a left hander and pitching to the right hander....what the f*** is NESN doing. We get to listen to Hawk even when we are trying not to?

Wow I am beginning to feel ancient. Did you guys see the shot of Ventura out on the field just now. Geez I will always remember him, young, cut, playing in the College World Series. Middle age has settled right in on him..... like a soft pillow of mush.

I don't know who to look at for the Crawford signing...normally you would look there for a FA signing by a baseball team but in organizational zoo that is the Red Sox who the heck knows....the point is that was a terrible signing from day 1. Never should have happened. At this point there are not words in the English language to describe it. Probably have to go to French to find something since the French have a good deal of experience with things that are f***ed beyond all recognition.

I really think the Sox have been angling to get back under just in the nick of time. The cost for not doing so is just to great especially in these next couple years.

Probably is at this point. Clearly given his hot bat the Sox would want Ross out there if he could go. Geez putting on a Red Sox uniform these days seems about as safe as going over Niagara Falls in a barrel. You might survive unharmed....then again.......

As if Agons would not be a panic in the outfield the way he runs lately. Actually I should probably recuse myself. Agons has not been my favorite player lately if he ever was.

In related news Ells and Kalish refuse to make any plate appearances when Thomas is called upon by his new team to pitch. Yanks counter claiming to have moved Thomas to the rotation.

Well that is just great....best case now is that he does not lift a bat till June or maybe July. That means he has 4.5 years left...max to put up enough numbers to make up for this disaster of a contract. I am counting the years before the Cubs contact the league office asking the Sox for compensation....THE OTHER WAY.....for Theo.

Glad you liked it...but I have to credit Soxfanforsyth for putting the image in my head...I am just not sure I am ever going to be able to look at d-mac the same way again.

I have to admit, Remy has a wry humor that is really very appealing. It reminds of this comment that Soxfanforsyth made last night about d-mac had me in stitches the rest of the night. Every time I thought about it I could not help but laugh. It had me rewinding almost every D-mac swing/contact I can remember swing/smack....dribble....dribble .....dribble......OUT and then painting a mental picture of d-mac looking quizzically at his bat asking himself "where the f*** is that thing". To me that is the kind of thing Remy would say....just not on the air.
