  1. Geez that is a horrible horrible play by a 2nd baseman. He should just turn in his glove...find something else to do.
  2. Down 2-0 against this train wreck of a team. I am hopeful for 2nd time through against Stroh. But Pom...not so confident there.
  3. OB trying to cover for having forgotten how many outs there are
  4. Geez it worked for about 1 second after I hit the post quick reply button.
  5. I think he is trying to nibble because he just does not have the stuff to throw it over the plate. He is not a peck and poke kind of pitcher though. So I am not confident this will work for long.
  6. Pom pitching from the stretch that way is very discouraging. It looks like he thinks he is going to start throwing 86 mph FB's and is just flinging his body at home plate.
  7. Pom looks like he is going every which way pitching from the stretch.
  8. Pom throwing 91 in the first inning. Been awhile since we have seen that.
  9. 1. Mookie Betts ® RF 2. Andrew Benintendi (L) LF 3. Mitch Moreland (L) 1B 4. J.D. Martinez ® DH 5. Xander Bogaerts ® SS 6. Jackie Bradley Jr. (L) CF 7. Eduardo Nunez ® 3B 8. Brock Holt (L) 2B 9. Sandy Leon (S) C
  10. Geez Remy battling Cancer again. These last few bouts have got to be rough on him. Somebody can correct me if I am wrong. But I think his first battle was followed by a decent period of remission. Now it seems he has been back in this fight on a much more regular basis.
  11. MFY's are going to limp into the end of the season. They are too young. There is something to be said for having at least enough experience around to matter. The Yankee team has completely fallen apart since the injuries to Judge and Sanchez and there are only two reasons for that sort of collapse: - a team that is too young - a manager that has no earthly idea how to keep his team together under the rigors of the 162 Now even pulling it together for season end is questionable if only because its not only us that know Boone is an idiot. His team knows he is an idiot. I don't buy the idea that once the Yankee team gets to the post season it will be fine. If they fail like this under the fire of the 162, does it make any rational sense to expect they won't fail in the post season as well? Too many young guys in too many key spots and a manager that is so clueless that he is only spared from the bottom of the division's managers by the ever awful Gibby.
  12. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr
  13. First time you marry for love...second time you marry for ....well you know.........
  14. Pearce just can't see that split to have his butt.
  15. Surprised that location has got you nailed for EEI radio broadcast. That must mean there is an ESPN radio broadcast that is covering your neck of the woods. That would be my recommendation because the three blind mice are just unbearable.
  16. Something and maybe multiple somethings are going to leave tonight. Ball is carrying for sure.
  17. I get the impression that if a Sox pitcher got run over by a green line trolly the Sox would say he is only going to miss a start.
  18. What is with these graphics? Is this throw back graphics game? God ESPN is just terrible.
  19. Geez even with mute, taking the camera into that booth makes me want to puke. You just know whatever they are saying is just too dumb to take.
  20. Gibby is the only thing keeping Boone from worst manager in the division. AL East Managers get one heck of a break cause they can always look down and find Gibby at the bottom.
  21. 40 seconds...Price is only on his second shoulder shrug with another deep breadth to go at 40. Tanaka is no better.
  22. Looks like we both got frustrated at the same time
  23. Boy this game is going to take a looong while
  24. Honestly, even with the radio broadcast being out of sync with the Video feed, it is worth it not to have to listen to the three blind mice in the ESPN booth. I literally don't care about being out of sync. They are that bad in that ESPN booth.
  25. Don't know when Judge and Sanchez come back but this Yankee team is too young as it is. Take that much muscle out of their lineup and they are going nowhere. Look how they have responded to the injuries...NOTHING. Yankee fans like to talk about how young they are ...how young they are. Might be an advantage some year...but not this year. They are simply too young.
