Absolutely no doubt Porcello has been good lately. I've said it for weeks. Our pitchers pretty much have to pitch 9 shut out innings for us to have a chance with this offense. Teams would kill to have our pitching rotation even with Price injured. Absolute waste of a year to have this kind of pitching rotation with zero offense.

He has been playing some good baseball the last few weeks. If the offense can help him out we can take this game. Ugh I really dislike that we have to play Kansas. They are red hot right now.

Which in my opinion is a bit unfortunate. I don't think there is any problems with the pitching on this team. Every game we have had since the All Star break has been winnable if our offense produces. But such as life.

Fell asleep in the 11th inning. Woke up and saw the score..... Honestly pissed but not surprised in the least. Just garbage. After today the Yankees will be first place in the division.

This exactly. The guy is 20 years old and although looked pretty calm and relaxed last night it will do him some good to practice and develop with this team. Starting Nunez is definitely the right call. With how awful this team has looked since the All Star break it's no surprise there has been some trades and shakeups. Start Nunez and see what happens. He produced well for San Fran.

Ya they said this last night during the game the Red Sox got him. He is a very talented player. At this rate I will do anything to change it up. We are headed nowhere fast with this offense. Will be interesting to see what he can produce for us. This second half is an absolute mess.
