Poms definitely looks more confident in the early going.

I don’t mind playing him against a team like this but what scares me is if he keeps winning games from luck and a great defense. Are we going to start him come playoff time against an Astros or Yankees team? That is a terrifying thought.

Was a quick inning of 9 pitches which is nice to see from Poms. But he still doesn’t look like he has much ball control. Too many balls still.

This game isn’t on Price. I don’t give a s*** who doesn’t agree with me. The Sox put up 23 runs in the last 3 games I believe. Price letting two men on base in the 7th is not the reason we will lose this. Putting up 1 single run on the board just doesn’t cut it against the Yankees on any day of the week period. Not to mention Hembree sucks tonight too.

Doesn’t help that we didn’t do jack s*** offensively either. No f***ing way you beat the Yanks putting up 1 on the score board regardless what we did the last couple nights. Very very very rare to hold the Yankees to 0 3 days in a row.
