    That's irrelevant. The point is that we can in fact win low scoring, and 1 run games. Countless occasions of both thus far

    Sox are only 4-3, but 2 of those wins came during the 9 game win streak, and another was in a 2 game series. They got dominated in the last game of the 4 game set in Baltimore a few weeks ago, and completely blew the game against the Angels last Sunday. It's tough to sweep. Nothing wrong with it. Even if the Yankees won 2 out of every 3 games, they would end up with one of the top 5 records. Y'all are fine. Stop looking for something to gripe about

    It's also hard to sweep a series. Don't forget that the guys on the other side are still professional baseball players. Plus, even the worst teams can be expected to win 1 out of every 3 games

    How about this for a blast from the past? Scott Kazmir is starting tonight for the Giants against the Dodgers. Hasn't pitched in the majors since 2016 with the Dodgers. The 2008 ALCS is the first prominent series I can vividly remember (I turned 10 during that series), so Kazmir will always be burned into my memory

    7:15 start on Fox. You know what that means: I can actually watch a game!!!!! Only my 5th or 6th time watching this year

    6 runs in 3 games is not sustainable, even with that level of pitching.

    We are now 10 games above .500, our high water mark of the season. Every time I think they're going to go on an extended cold streak, they rattle off a quick 3 or 4 game win streak. Great feeling.
