    I don't think Youk is a corpse at all. He is having a rough time in Boston but out of the ALE he could dO great almost like Burnett is now Plus, I like our BP. We don't need another injury probe oldie. This team has to many issues even now with Buchholz sickness.

    thank you! though the odds of getting Felix is a long shot and is all but guaranteed to not occur, but still. This team needs SP so bad. w/ how many runs they score on avg... imagine if our guys pitched like pros and had the nats rotation avg era (2.XX) ... damn, that'd be awesome.

    Who needs Ells? Time to package Ells & Youk for King Felix or other SP for WS push next year. I'd say the same for CC but he's ours for 6.5 more seasons.

    give Ellsbury a lincecum-type deal and then re-sign him again afterwards. a boy made of glass shouldn't be worth so much. CC didn't have too much injury prior to the mega signing only once signed did he break. Ells breaks and breaks again and he's still a baby. But if we could get a SP... I mean, that is clearly what we need. This offense with or without Ellsbury is extremely potent -- Sox lead the majors scoring 10+ runs this season @ 11 times -- and is doing it currently w/o the help of Ellsbury (or CC). SP is what we need!!
