Happy Anniversary to A700! My parents got divorced on their 30th Wedding Anniversary Go Sox!! Why is McDime playing? Sometimes I like Bobby V and his way of switching the lineup around regularly - i'm a fan of that - but playing that douche? I don't understand it. I don't understand how he is even on this team or even in the majors. He must know he is riding a very lucky wave.

Sucks to think such a skilled individual playing a professional sport can't handle the pressure of a big city team. Sure is a crutch. Though honestly, what are the odds of Boston really getting this guy?? We go after big name bats, not pitchers.

Beckett on DL. ERA is over 4.00 but has been good as of late minus DL issue. Lester, sketchy as f***. ERA over 4.00 Buchholz, superb in 3 of last 4 but now is bleeding on the inside and out till ASB. Doubront, decent #4 but a horrid outing last time. Over a 4.00 ERA, also. Morales, hell yeah this guys awesome. Okay, so Beckett & Morales are performing pitchers I'd rather have on the mound than Dice-K this season. But everyone else is just as likely to exhibit a classic "Dice-K-1st-Inning-Melt-Down" than Dice-K himself. But Dice-K really has only had 2(ish) bad innings in 3 outings. Not sure how Dice-K can be considered THAT BAD THUS FAR? Comparatively. I understand he has been agonizing in the past seasons but we're talking about this season. I'd rather see Beckett or Morales on the mound than Dice-K. Otherwise, it doesn't matter who goes out there we'll get the same results. Could be a 1 run over 5/6+ IP, could be 4+.

We will be seeing Buchholz & Ellsbury & Crawford at the same time: After the ASB. f***. Sure, we've scored 387 but have allowed 340 runs. That is 58 more runs than the Yanks have allowed (though BoSox have scored 37 more times). Need a FRONT LINE starter by the trade deadline. Need Morales to live up to this small sample size & history of being a projected ace. Whose most likely to be acquired? Greinke? Hamels? -
I really want Greinke. Hopefully he can handle some media. Odds of actually acquiring him? Red Sox need SP either now or in the offseason. Question to the FO is, are we going to the playoffs this year or not?? w/Orioles falling to earth and TB struggling... it's just up the Sox to win & Yanks to lose some to take this division. I have faith in my BoSox. Also, ESPN reports Buchholz "likely out till ASB" -- holy f***ing s*** this team is PLAGUED!! Morales is about to show Red Sox Nation he is still a star and the once #8 prospect just doesn't go to the BP w/o a fight!! -- so excited to watch this. thank goodness i got the day off.

5-23 after winning tonight (6/26) when trailing after the sixth. down by 2 after the 6th isn't good for us. Up by two, better.

He's okay though, Dice-K. Like, 5BB, 20K over 21-ish IP? That's not shabby (especially for Dice-K!) I vote for 6 man rotation till someone injures or prove themselves not worthy of being in the rotation.

Before tonights game (6/26) the Sox were 4-23 when trailing after the 6th inning. Ouch! I wonder what the average team's record is after trailing in the 6th? Any where to find this out? On topic, GO LESTER ! ! ! give us a quality start and then some, plz.
