    The first time —and the last— I tried to play baseball I injured my shoulder trying to throw the baseball from the right field with all my strengths and my hips trying to hit. It looks easy but it is not at all. You need a lot of practice and perform properly with the required and adequate technic —even when you throw. Said that, MLB players are baseball beasts. They've been playing the game since forever. Even if they are well trained injures might come. Resting people won't avoid latent injuries. This game does not demand exhaustive physical performance all the time like other sports.

    This team is struggling offensively and yet they decide to sit their hottest hitter? If there's no a healthy issue related, please explain me like a 5 yo why did they do that when the season has not even a month? I like sabermetrics and how the game has been getting more and more analytical but this is getting ridiculous and beyond that man If I were JH I would demand a fully explanation to Cora and Bloom the very next morning on why my 20+ M SS was rested

    Yeah but that's why they can play 162 games. They are passive matter most of the time.

    Plus, baseball players are not that demanded physically like other sports. They are probably passive matter maybe 80% of the time during a game.

    JD slow bat Martinez cann't hit to save his life in clutch situations. Good thing he is likely gone next season —and maybe this one.

    When you make the maths offensively and defensively, I think Arroyo is over JBJ in my book. Arroyo will have a learning curve but he has proved he is a good defender in the IF so there's a hope. I expect he can be at very least an average glove in the OF.

    Actually I like this Lup which is close of what I suggested in the offseason. Said that, Cora should go with the same Lup in a regular basis whichever it is. This is a good one IMO, I would only substitute JBJ for Arroyo. All these changes offensively and defensively are taxing us. The resting thing is taxing us. This team needs more stability and consistency right now. If something works, do not move it. Don't hurt yourself. Keep going. Let's f go!

    This team is not a PO caliber team this year. I see a several flaws and declinings this year. Said that this will be a bridge year and an opportunity to get rid of several players.
