Mike and Fred are great guys, I bet that if Fred join us in July, Mike and him will be very good friends, and who knows? Probably he could teach us some nicknames.

mmm... Let's say that he goes to STL and he performs solid. How long/much could be this future-contract? How old is he?... He announced his retirement a month ago, didn't he?...sox and STL already offered 5 M (according with media) and now he just refused 10 M?... c'mon! My point is... Out there are a lot of contradictions about Oswalt.

That's the problem with this guy, reason why he has had a lot of problems with several posters. Hell, I have agreed with him a lot of times as well, and he has great ideas but he is kind of annoying when he insults other posters. I do not like that. Hopefully he changes his attitude.

IMO He is logic and coherent. If you want to invite your grandma, bring her, she will be very welcome.

The point is pretty clear. Going like this, I doubt that we win the ring. If we add the SP our chances will be better, but still it is going to be tough.

Well, one thing is "want" and another "can". I want that we win the WS, you bet my friend. On the other hand and trying to be realistic/objective, I see that scenario very unlikely if we go like this.

I don't think so Mike. Everyone around here wants that we win the WS. The thing is that some see more/less possibilities if we go like this, that's all.

As my friend Spud says, Excellent f***ing post. Back on topic. IMO and reading the last about Oswalt/Jackson I see at this point 33% (equal) of possibilities that STL, Tex, BOS grab one of these guys.
