    I have no problem signing Lohse for 1 yr contract. On the other hand, YES!, get Haren or Greinke. Nice to have to me would be both, Haren and Greinke.

    Now that Peavy is out of reach, go and get Haren and/or Greinke and/or Lohse. This FO has to move fast and smart in order to get the SPs we need, otherwise the market will raise each time a solid SP is signed.

    Well, What do we really have on the field? Well... we have a 2B Peddy 3B WB CF Ells and arguably a SS with Ciriaco. So.. you need a 1B,C, DH, RF and a LF. Get Napoli, Bourne, McCann, Swisher and resign Ortiz and Ross (Backup OF). Pitching? As I've been saying you need 2 SP, it is a must. So... Sign Haren and Peavy/Lohse. So.. You have Haren Peavy/Lohse Buch Lester Lackey Felix (Depth) BP? You have Morales, Hill, Miller, Aceves (I would keep him), Bailey (Hopefully he improves), Tazawa and that's it.

    That's the thing, Lee would cost you a lot, reason why I prefer Peavy or even Kuroda. We should have push for Cain or Hammels, but you know our FO.

    At this point we do not have a SS. Aviles is not the answer and clearly Iglesis is not either. I would play with Ciriaco over Aviles any day if out there are not other options.

    Well, if the name is Lee or Lincecum instead of Peavy, you won't hear any complain from me SFF. Unless you set a package around Ells or something, I do not see this happening. The thing with Peavy and Haren is that won't cost you too much and I tend to believe that they would accept a 1-2 year easily. Being honest I do not like the deck of cards that jacko showed, but that's all you have available.

    Thanks God this nightmare is over. Whata mess left LL and Co. Wow! It is going to be an up-hill battle, to fix this organization. I'm not sure if this could be done in 1 yr in order to come back and fight for a PO spot.
