    2024 is way gone. He’s been nothing but trash, and he is sloppy at defense and even at the paths. He’s nothing but a bum.

    Yeah!!! What Campbell needs is as much MLB ABs as possible. I don’t care if he ends up hitting Mendoza this season. They extended him for a reason not to mention he can play several positions. I thought they were trying to develop him. WTF?

    They just optioned Campbell instead of F’ Hamilton. WTF?

    They could option Campbell down, but I don’t see that happening either especially since he was extended and plays several positions. This is the kind of “problems” you want.

    IMO platooning Yoshida/Refsnyder could simulate Devers production at DH I would go like this when everybody is available. 1. LF Duran 2. 2B Mayer 3. 3B Bregman 4. RF Anthony 5, DH Yoshida/Refsnyder 6. C Narvaez 7. 1B Toro/Gonzalez 8. SS Story 9. CF Rafaela IMHO this is a legit competitive line up on paper You also would have Abreu, Campbell and Wong.

    Carlos Narváez mannnn!! He keeps surprising everybody. Not the best way to win it but this is the kind of wins that taxes the morale of the opposition.

    This is a pretty good example of why Cora is a mediocre manager —at best. He sends Hamilton to D instead of keeping him on the bench to PR later in the game especially if this goes to extra innings. You might argue that he he has a better D than Campbell but he does not, Hamilton is arguably more sloppy but most importantly Campbell’s been sharp tonight at second with the glove and with all the confidence of the world. All the latter are the little intangibles that sometimes taxes you one way or another at times and that Cora doesn’t know how to read them very often.

    Hamilton’s value is only at the paths, yet he is sloppy at times, either he runs when he doesn’t have to run and sometimes he doesn’t run when he has to. But the latter doesn’t mater because he can’t get on base. He is nothing but a Mendoza hitter. And don’t let me start with his D. Again, he’s sloppy at the latter too. Said that if somehow you get something decent for him, get it done ASAP
