    Not sure why all this hatred on ERod Max. Obviously he is not oks. He missed 2020 and had heart and Covid problems man. Give him a break. He pitched very solid in 2018 and 2019. Said that I do not consider myself Erods fan but sometimes we have to understand the collaterals.

    Good to hear you are oks old sport. I was diagnosed with COVID last December but fortunately I had only mild symptoms. Unfortunately in Mexico the whole COVID thing has been a disaster in great part of this inept government. Anyways, at least this team is helping us to cheer us all up a bit and helping to forget as well major real-life problems like COVID.

    Heey jung, how are you doing man? Been a while since the last time I read you bud (maybe it’s just me because I do not post much as I used to). Anyways, nice to see you posting my friend. Yeah, as always you are right or at least I see the thing the same as you do. Maybe ERod wasn’t/isnt completely ready to pitch at 100% of his abilities, or simply his rhythm/confidence will take a bit more (or way more, who knows) to regain his former form again.

    He had pretty solid years in 2019 and 2018. I guess jung expects something like that. I think missing 2020 is taxing him. Hopefully he bounces back soon.

    Yesterday our starting pitching kept us in the game. Tonight Pivetta has been solid as well. This offense needs to start hitting soon.

    We let them live in the first inning. You won't see lot more opportunities like that. Hopefully I'm wrong though. Pivetta seems he has settled down.

    In all fairness his xERA and FIP are pretty solid and close to his ERA, which suggest you, his 2021 runs earned are not a fluke.

    I had the impression he used to attack the zone more often this year. I guess it's just me. I think his WHIP has been better at least. Have to check it out. Astros just squeezed him this inning. Hopefully he settles down.

    This is what happens when you are a pussy pitcher and you are afraid to throw strikes. He had Altuve. He had Correa. In both cases he wanted to work the count like E-Rod. Pivetta's success in Red Sox uniform has been in great part because he hadn't been afraid to throw strikes. Let's see how this ends up but he needs to attack the zone more often in this game if he wants to succeed.

    1. I still don’t know. 2. Hell no. Kike is nothing but a utility player. Call him a very good one if you want but a utility player in the end. Tampa do not even pay that much for titular players. They need to stop the Kike experiment as lesdoff already.
