Yes. We have zero reason to panic based on Aceves's track record. Good Lord. That was intense for an April game vs MIN. Well, Sox only 3 games under .500 now, and only 3 out of 1st in the East in the L column. And only 2 back from the Yankees. Keep. Winning. P.S. - Buchholz has got problems. Bad problems.

Why hasn't Salty or Shoppach talked about how Aceves has no movement on his pitches anymore?? They need to be in McClure's ear about that so he can go back to how he was last season when he was throwing 92-94 with a lot of movement and inducing weak contact rather than trying to blow 96 and straight past MLB hitters, because that doesn't work.

Wow. The bullpen has only had 1 run charged to them this game. They sure do know how to allow inherited runners to score though.

Look at our bullpen!!! Thomas was released BY THE PIRATES!!!! Albers was released BY THE ORIOLES!!!!! Aceves was released by the Yankees, and he's our closer!!! Atchison has a 6.1 K/9 since joining the Red Sox! Morales was traded to the Red Sox for the gum on the bottom of Theo's shoe. Padilla is a nut who has injury problems and is wearing a f***ing dream catcher around his neck tonight!!! This bullpen is full of no names. How can they expect this team to win?!?

This team doesn't just need Bard in the bullpen. This team needs to go out and trade for Grant Balfour. This team needs Rich Hill to be back tomorrow so we can get out LHH. Thomas can't do that. He's horrid. This team needs Bard to go to the back of the bullpen to sure up the back end. This team needs Alex Wilson to get here quickly. Mid 90's FB and devastating slider, perfect 7th inning guy. This team needs 3-4, maybe 5 arms in the bullpen.

Wow. This is like Saturday all over again. I'm f***ing sick and tired of hearing Cherrington say "This bullpen will figure itself out. It always does" No. It won't. This is the worst bullpen in baseball. It will figure out how to lose an 8 run lead and a 5 run lead and a 3 run lead + 2 run lead in the same game. This bullpen won't figure itself out because this bullpen needs arms.
