Especially when you've got a guy in AAA right now in Middlebrooks who plays 10x better defense, and is OPS'ing 1.208. Stole his 3rd base today. Hit a triple. Scored a run. Had 2 walks. The guy does everything, and the Sox have Youk who is hitting like I would expect Jamie Moyer to hit right now and moving the same.

That ball was 429 feet. Crushed. But Hamilton's blast the other day at Fenway was 479 feet. Holy s***.

Matt Barnes was our 1st round pick last season. Going into tonight, and through 5 innings tonight, he has had 34 K's in 21 IP, 0 Runs Allowed, 4 BB. And apparently is pumping 101. Damn.
