    Damn. Can we fast forward to the ASB?? We'll have Ellsbury and Crawford back. We'll have Alex Wilson in the bullpen, Rich Hill will be in the bullpen, Bailey will either be back or on the fringe. Bard will be around his SP innings limit and will be in the bullpen. Bullpen of Bailey, Bard, Wilson, Tazawa, Aceves, Hill, Morales? Uh. Yes please.

    Great, quick inning for Doubront. He'll go back out for the 6th. Give me a QS from Doubront all day. I don't have to have a 3.50 ERA from him. Give me a 4.00 ERA and 6 innings an outing and he'll give this team a chance to win a lot of games.

    I think that was Cafardo. He said Salty's never going to be an OBP guy, but he's incredibly strong so he can hit quite a few bombs. He's like Adam Dunn or Mark Reynolds at catcher.

    I'm very confused. You mentioned the W column, and then you say don't worry about the L column?? They're pretty dependent on each other, so I don't see how one is justified but not the other?

    It's the L column that you look at, because that's the only one you can't control. You can control the W column. But it's 2 back in the L column right now, and if the Sox hold on, it'll be an even 2 (not 3 back in W, 2 back in L, 2.5 overall).

    Doubront's velocity is down significantly right now. 89-90 tonight. Cold night explains it, but that's another reason that he's getting hit.
