    While this is true and is on Farrell, we'd be doing well to get rid of Pedey too. Addition by subtraction. Price too, but neither are expendable right now. No doubt in my mind that both are clubhouse cancers. How do you think his teammates felt when Pedey shouted to Machado "it's not me, it's them!" And then I read today that later on he gave a clubhouse interview where he implied he's a team leader. f*** outta here.

    You can come back to this next season and hold it over my head, but I am optimistic about 2018, pending any offseason moves. I don't think the team needs massive or drastic (Stanton) changes.

    I'm ready to roll with Betts/Devers/Hanley in some order as 3/4/5. I do want to see a #3 pitcher to bump Porcello/ERod/Pom down, one going to the pen or perhaps a trade.
