    Jackson been better by a margin the last 4 year. He average around 105 during that time. Also has better peripherals.

    Scutaro is a good guy and good player. i can't see the problem there. He played hurt through 2010. And rebound in 2011, even after Lowrie booted him to the bench in April, we hear nothing. We lose a guy who hit .299 last year, and is a pain in the rear end for any pitcher to face.

    I forgot about him. He had 3 plus pitches for a reliever (FB at 95-97, curve and change). His change was filthy. relievers are volatile like they say.

    I'm not going to be disappointed in that. 20/20 is more realistic. But 30/30 isn't far fetch. Considering that 21 of the 32 were post break.

    Ellsbury had a 1.000 ops post break. That's no fluke. Not just the HR went up, so did the 2B. 30/30 it is.

    Jackson has to know the many FAs will hit the market next year, like Hamels, Cain, Marcum, Greinke, he won't get any better offers.

    There's plenty of garbage 20-25 guys like Reynolds, Soriano, Ugla....... We need sure things and prospects can become bust. Slowly those guys will work themselves into the lineup. Not come in and suddenly is tag to replace two of our best hitters.

    Ortiz and Youk are middle of order bats. You have an idea in replacement with Middlebrooks and Lavarnway? Thats not how it works.
