  1. Two blown saves already for Toronto resulting in 2 losses.
  2. Great kick off to 2016. E-Rod and Smith return hopefully before May pls.
  3. C'mon we need some insurance.
  4. Runner in motion might've cost Betts a hit and an RBI.
  5. holy damn hanley that was risky
  6. Too many pitches for Price
  7. young Pedroia would gotten it.
  8. Can't wait. Win the opener please!
  9. I believe Castillo is very movable to another team that needs a CF. He is a 1WAR+ starter, not entirely useless like the sap that is Pablo.
  10. De Aza would be a better bench role. Murphy is hanging by a thread, from what he hinted, he might hang it up.
  11. Exactly, keep Murphy on the bench, send Castillo back to AAA.
  12. by now Castillo should have assimilated to MLB. Instead he had 1 extra base hit in 54 plate appearance this spring. Benching him is not the solution, get him to AAA to get regular PT.
  13. Such as? if they loaded as you claim, they wouldn't need to sign Miller. Turn a blind eye and being tone deaf about Chapman.
  14. This is 2 week old news.
  15. His splitter release is the same as the fastball. It's pick the two to swing at, they just don't read the splitter coming. Somehow his fastball gets tons of swing and miss. It's mystifying. The difference is roughly 5 MPH between the two pitches. Only Koji knows the secret sauce.
  16. They should have sign some middle relievers. Barnes and Ramirez are not there yet.
  17. Koji pitch today, his fastball is still registering 88, the same since 2013. The pitch is still a mystery to all of them. Good action on the splitter. Just hope he holds up.
  18. Koji's been awol this spring. I wonder how much he have left in the tank.
  19. He's getting away with throwing fastballs this spring over the plate, it's the same pitches which burned him in the majors. I'm skeptical his spring carries into to the season. He has a mediocre breaking ball, and a show me change, neither pitches are good. His best pitch is a fastball, which is straight. Till he can develop an offspeed pitch, I doubt the transition into MLB.
  20. Both sucked last season, giving up lots of HR. To Barnes' credit, he has done ok this spring, but it's appear to be smoke and mirror.
  21. There is little to no mystery left in Castillo. He isn't an everyday player. He sucks this spring. Approaching age 30, he's is what he is, a bench player.
