  6. Handing out the death penalty to drunk drivers and putting them in the same category as cold-blooded killers seems rather extreme. Spending the next 50+ years in prison and letting him reflect on his actions is more just I'm my opinion. http://a.espncdn.com/photo/2010/1222/mlb_a_gallo_sy_200.jpg
  7. Justice was served I'd say
  8. In Papelbon's mind, he's better then Mariano Rivera. http://assets.nydailynews.com/img/2009/05/22/gal_hated_papelbon.jpg
  9. For Greinke Royals asked Yankees not only for Montero/Nunez, but either of Banuelos or Betances, too Wasn't worth it imo.
  10. No teams were really pushing hard for Wood, the Yanks, Red Sox, and White Sox made him an offer a but thats about it, his only desire was to return to his beloved Cubs no matter how many millions he was leaving on the table.
  11. I have reason to believe otherwise, Theo said the Sox were pushing hard to sign Kerry Wood at the deadline but were outbid by the Yankees. Also Heyman tweeted this yesterday
  12. I am glad that guys like Lee and Wood turned down the Sox money and went to other teams too
  13. http://files.sharenator.com/633839569142980630_twilight_Twilight_Moti_Posters-s800x600-33388.jpg
  14. Don't worry, they'll keep losing by more then one point when Carmelo Anthony is traded.
  15. Kerry Wood agreed to a 1.5 mill guaranteed deal with the Cubs, Yanks were willling to bid 10mill / 2 years if he was interested, what a steal.
  16. Sounds like you have officially conceded?
  17. Last time would be this year I believe
  18. This was the toughest matchup to decide, I think it could come down to a field goal deciding the winner. If the teams played 4 times each team could very well each win 2 times. However my vote is slightly swayed in Y228's favor. I like Y228's Defense and Kilo's Offense, but a couple flaws in Kilo's defense could be his downfall, such as having 4-3 DE into a 3-4 spot. I vote Y288
  19. I vote Ital, I like WB's Defense and Ital's Offense, very close matchup however I think it would come down to Ital's team scoring more points then his defense would give up.
  20. Sabathia said late last season he wasn't going to opt out. He has built a big house in Bergen County, which he lives in all year, and enjoys pitching for the Yankees.
  21. attractive females that like sports are a rare breed, i'd imagine coming across attractive females that are yankees fans in the heart of red sox nation is even harder to find.
