I don't know, Berkman shouldn't have been able to hit that RBI double because he should have struck out the pitch before (shades of Michael Young's check swing call leading to a 3 run HR)

I don't know about that. I'd rather have Shields pitch in Tampa than in Texas, which would only exacerbate his HR problem. Granted, that brings in the question as to whether or not Shields should be starting a game in the series as all, but if Shields and Garza are starting games, I might take my chances with Shields here and Garza in Texas. Although I'd be more likely to not start Shields at all and go with Garza in game 2 and someone else in game 3.

I'll support Maddon on that one. Young should have been called out and that HR shouldn't have happened. I'm sure some of the runs would have scored anyway (considering that Hamilton singled on the next pitch of the next ab) and Cruz just singled in the inning too. I love that all of the Rays fans (all couple thousand of them) are chanting replay, replay, replay.

The best part is, I was hired by the mods to translate what a lot of these guys were saying. I guess being bilingual (English-English and American-English) has its benefits.
