This will be the thread where people can discuss who they are putting on the trading block, what they want in return, and they can report trades if they are agreed upon. Just remember:
1. All trades have to be agreed upon by both parties and specifically notified to me of their agreement.
2. All trades must have an equal number of players on each side.
3. (For now) All of the salaries will be following the players.
4. Since I'm allowing draft picks to be traded, their has to be the same amount of picks on either side. So one person can't trade a player and a pick for just a player. The number of picks has to be even as well as the number of players.
5. Dipre's Guidelines straight from The Boss:
A. No discussing trades that aren't yet agreed to.
B. After trades are agreed to, people will have an opportunity to speak on the trades, ie speak their mind if they are fair or unfair.
C. Trades can be vetoed if they are very lopsided. Trades would not be vetoed solely if one person "wins" the trade or if it isn't balanced 100%, but if one person is clearly taking advantage of other people, then there will be fair opporunity for a veto. (This should hopefully satisfy those that want to argue with trades that don't involve them)
D. Dipre is still 100% against trading draft picks. It sounds beautiful in name, but it's exponentially more difficult than what is assumed, because of the difficulties in tracking, the possibilities for mixups and possible discontent if a player someone expected to pick is no longer therewith money, there is a cap for a reason, and it's to not allow people to cheat the system and build a juggernaut, so no.
Any other modifications will be made available for everyone. You can present your own ideas and we'll work on finding something that works for everyone.
