  1. All right, I have J-EEzy, RSFFL, Dipre, and Exman's picks. Let's go Keeper.
  2. I figured that you'd take the hint and let others think that you may have. In any case, you did spell "Granderson" incorrectly.
  3. That might not matter if you only put him in your lineup vs. righties. That's why solely using things such as WAR wouldn't be a good way to decide who has the best team, because we'd be using players in different roles than they were used with their teams. For example, we might use certain hitters as platoons, or fielding different positions, etc. So if you don't use him against lefties, then his stats vs. lefties shouldn't really matter.
  4. Haha you spelled both "Curtis Granderson" and "Julio Lugo" incorrectly in the message you sent me RSFFL.
  5. It doesn't look like Keeper is online.
  6. In all fairness, to defend my Jeter pick, if you look at the SS crop available, it's pretty much Jeter and a bunch of people that would hardly be worthy of a 25th round pick. I hadn't had a single player on my team over 10 million, and I had about 5.75 million remaining per player. With Matusz's cheap contract mixed with Jeter's contract, that results in about 4.85 million remaining per player, which is still higher than the 4.4 million per player average that we had to start with. My point is, I had the money and I doubted that I was going to be able to make a trade for a big bat and incur salary, so the money was going to get spent somewhere. In addition, the only 2 people without SS's were Divinity and Y228, so I doubt that he would have made it back to me, and god forbid that one of them did take Jeter or else I'd be totally f***** at SS. If Jeter rebounds from last year and has a halfway decent season, it'd be worth it in the end. It's not like I get to keep the unspent money anyway, and he's still a very good offensive SS considering how thin the position is to begin with.
  7. I think that he was already taken.
  8. Since I have a lot of money left I might as well spend it. I'd have made this pick later but the only 2 people without SS's are Yankee fans. Derek Jeter SS 21million Brian Matusz SP 400k With Matusz, it technically said 65k as his salary, but Dipre and I talked about it and we figured it'd be more consistent to just go with the 400k minimum. Anyway, Flynnatic, you're up again.
  9. By the way Y228, neither you or Keeper chose the person that I thought you were going to take. So I was 1/3 because I guessed WB's pick correctly.
  10. I guess that for every fast day like yesterday, there's an equally slow day like today. Oh well.
  11. I don't think that either Jbay or Flynnatic are online yet.
  12. Haha I was right. I had a feeling that you'd take Gregerson, mainly because he was on your team in the last baseball redraft. For some reason I figured that you'd pick him again. I was wrong on who I thought Keeper would take, but at least I was right here. Hopefully I'm wrong in my guess on who Y228 is going to take.
  13. Yes, and it says 6.75 million. Under "Nick Markakis" and 2010.
  14. I noticed that you put him at DH, I mentioned the defense because I was going to put him in RF if I had him, which is part of the reason why I didn't take him.
