    Considering the contracts up at year end, there could be competition for CF, C, 1b, SS and 3b. Who would've guessed that 3b could be a question mark? I think most posters had WMB pegged as a franchise player prior to season.

    I think the anti-Paps crowd isn't really bothered by his personality. It's more of a fact that he's been gone for 18 months and some people feel other posters should move on rather than constantly bringing up Paps everytime it suits them. It's like still pining for your high school gf when she's gotten married and had kids.

    Interesting article, but written poorly. Iggy will come down to earth. We just all want to know if he comes down to .280 or .220. I've said all along that he should be the SS if he could hit .235 and take a few walks. Drew was my least favorite signing this year. I hope Iggy and Xander can compete for the job in ST next year.

    The biggest mistake Washington made last night was not going to Nathan after Gones doubled. Pedey is hitting .380 against LHP this year. Having that jagoff pitch to the 3-4-5 guys with a runner on 2nd and no outs was a no win situation.
