    Schilling was done. Beckett needed to learn to pitch in the AL. Tim Wakefield, David Wells and a post head injury Clement rounded out that s*** show. This rotation is better today. The rest of this exercise is silly as we don't know if this is the final rotation. Some people on here have the clairvoyance to know exactly how this will all shake out. Kuddos to them I guess.

    This doesn't remotely respond to the issue I had with your post. You said that no one here would have the testicular fortitude to take the ball from Pedro. When Pedro was in the dugout, he didn't think he was coming back in for the 8th. Grady put him in that position. You created a strawman for seemingly no reason.

    Crawford didn't make sense from the get go. I could see Hanley and Panda working out. That's a lot of $$$ to pay a DH though. Gonzalez wasn't that bad here. I wouldn't say his trade was an abject failure, but having Rizzo at 1b would be nice.

    Ok, so when you and Fred are saying people are ok with this rotation, it's because of people posting on Facebook/Reddit/Twitter and NOT because of posters on Talksox? It's just confusing because a lot of people are saying "why are people ok with this rotation" when almost all the thoughts I've seen on here are stating that a #1 is needed and that this rotation is mediocre.

    I, for one, am EXTREMELY concerned about the curse of Gary Striewski. This team is done for as long as that piece of wood is around. It just makes me sick to my stomach that pruneface and that muppet Tom Werner would allow our beloved institution to be tethered to that anchor. Whenever he is on my television, I'm haunted by those dead eyes of his.
