    Nope. People on ignore still have their posts show up. It just has a message that says something like "this poster is on ignore." I think you can go in and change the settings for how many posts show up in one page.

    JD Drew with a worse bat, but better glove? I'd buy that. Heyward's career OBP is about 35 points less than Drew's and that includes the nightmare 2011 season for JD.

    Beltran was coming off 4 straight seasons of an OPS over .800. Heyward hasn't been over .800 since 2012. The Cubs paid for his defense AND expected his bat to revert to 2012 levels. His contract just isn't worth it.

    Jason Heyward is pretty bad IMO. Theo's done a great job though. He should still be the GM here.

    And Wright's numbers are fading fast. He's not a guy you can count on long term. The playoff rotation would be Price (struggled this season has struggled in previous postseasons), Wright (can't deal with moisture and has zero secondary pitches if he loses the feel on his knuckler), Porcello (yay?) and ERod (huge question mark as to what he can bring to the table). That's not a team built to win now. That's a team built to win in the regular season, but not the postseason.

    Right, it goes back to not re-signing Lester last year. They are playing catch up now and it's not working.

    If he returns to career norms next year, his contract will be fine. All the bluster about needing to win a ring for Ortiz is a little overstated. This team isn't built to win right now with this rotation.

    If Farrell is the coach next year, you can guarantee that Moncada will be hitting 9th in a platoon through the AS break.
