    Maybe higher AAV, but at only 3 years it's a good get. Better than the Hanley and Pablo contracts!

    Angels are trying to win the offseason like the Blue Jays did a few seasons ago. Seems like an 86 win team should be coming down the pike in LAA.

    What an unlikable team!!! I was annoyed by the Pedroia stuff. The Price stuff was weird. Overall, I liked last year's team though. Lots of underrated fan friendly guys like Xander and Vazquez that don't get their due.

    He's fine, but ultimately probably not worth a long term contract. He doesn't have the one skill set the Sox really need: power.

    He doesn't own a 1b mitt. Leave him at 3b until he grows out of the position years down the line. For now, he's too valuable at 3b. I'd move Frazier to 1b before moving Devers off the position.

    @MikeSilvermanBB Source: Red Sox want to, trying to sign BOTH J.D. Martinez and Eric Hosmer. I think Hosmer is just a fallback plan. I don't think they want to sign both. If they did, the lineup would be much better. Hosmer is a big question mark to me. I'd stay away.

    He's athletic and was going to be the starting SS for Team USA, but a guy named Francisco Lindor showed up.

    The FO has put it out there that he'd be a very useful super utility guy that can also catch.

    He wants to do it because of the success he saw in HOU. I'm fine with this change. He hits pretty much the same wherever he is in the lineup.
