    @alexspeier Granderson is the only Blue Jays LHH in the lineup. He's 0-for-2 with 2 strikeouts. Rodriguez has struck out 22 of 44 lefties he's faced this year. He is now a scheduled day off for most LHHs. Is ERod "back"? It seems like he's back!

    WRONG His swing is less loopy and his hands are getting inside the ball or his hands aren't less loopy and he's just not closing his eyes when he swings or his shoulders are looking better or something. It depends on which TS hitting coach you ask.

    https://www.fangraphs.com/statss.aspx?playerid=12984&position=OF#platediscipline It looks like that his contact % is down because he isn't making contact with pitches outside the zone as much. Seems to be more of an issue with pitch selectivity than a loopy swing.
