    Ockimey is just getting better and better. 1.152 OPS in AAA so far. Dalbec is OPSing 1.657 in AA. He struggled getting to full health last year after breaking his wrist. If he finishes the season strong, does he become the #1 prospect?

    That's not how any of this works... I'm sorry. You can't say "he was worth $12M" if no team on Earth would pay that. He was worth $12M to Fangraphs, but definitely not $12M to the Sox.

    I think so too. I think people are being very biased when they say the ONLY reason Pom is in the rotation is due to his contract. Were these people not watching the Sox last year or just have short memories? That dude is valuable as hell when he's on his game.

    The last time Pedroia had a higher season WAR than Kinsler was 2013. How about that undermarket contract! Maybe we could trade Pedroia for a few random minor league arms too.

    Johnson doesn't have Pom's upside and has never had a season like Pom had just last year. It's funny. If Johnson goes 4 2/3's and gives up 2 runs, it's a nice start. If Pom goes 5 2/3's and gives up 2 runs, it's a poor start and he should be out of the rotation.

    Not shown squat for years? Vaz didn't have a 700+ OPS season until he was 27. Blake had one at 23 when most people thought he should still be in the minors getting seasoning. Blake had a 5.9 dWAR in 2015 which is better than half of Vaz's seasons.

    @ByChrisMason Devers is progressing well. Already ran the bases at 75 percent and he’s going to hit outside today.

    If he can't play defense the way he did last year, he's useless. I just don't understand what is going on with him.
