Jim Thome, Cleveland’s most recent inductee to the Baseball Hall of Fame, asked that his plaque in Cooperstown, N.Y., not include the chief. The team will continue to sell Wahoo merchandise to retain ownership of the trademark, according to the Associated Press.

I just can't feel bad for the owners. They rip off young talent like Blake Snell, but then cry poor when they have to pay market rate. The system is broken.

It's not derogatory. If someone made a case to get rid of Lucky, I'd be fine with it. If someone doesn't know the difference between Redskins and Celtics, they are either dumb as a post or just making a facetious argument.

@alexspeier Tzu-Wei Lin smokes a double to LF. He’s gone from a player who sprayed grounders everywhere in the lower minors to someone who hits a lot of line drives from gap to gap. Sox have a lot of IF depth options with Holt, Nunez, and Lin.

The only thing that really sucks about Yankee stadium is the empty movie theater seats that make up the front few rows. The All Rise stuff is hokey AF too.
