    well, i really feel that the sox will be just fine.. i think dice k will be ok.. and i really like Clay. he did pitch really good against the yankees.

    We all know the sox are going to get in the playoffs. this is just a slump and and we still have the pitching. yes, getting beat like we did at the new Yankees (little league) stadium sucks, but they dont play all their games at home. so, if we can just get in the playoffs they will be fine.

    yeah, i get what you are saying. i read what he put wrong.. sorry! i know quite a bit about this sport. so why wouldnt you keep lowell (as long as he can keep playing 3B with out any problems.) in the line up and sit tek. lowell has a better avg. and ops???

    im sorry.. i thought you said OBP... OPS means alot but if im remember right lowell has better numbers then tek in avg., obp., ops., and on.... I get what you are all saying, but i really think we need someone in the line up thats going to get on a little more. i think it might be hard to beat the big teams if we dont..

    OPS doesn't me crap if we arent scoring runs and the teams batting AVG. is .265. They need someone like lowell in the bottom of the line up to score some runs. do you really think they can beat the yankees or the angels in the playoffs? they are way better teams then 07.

    Does anyone else have some fear with Francona not sitting Tek? He really needs to if the sox want to win this year. I really think the sox have a great chance of winning it all again this year with this pick up and i think they'll have just enough pitch for the playoffs. Whats everyone thinking?

    I dont think anyone is saying hes a bad catcher... he cant HIT! The red sox are a 10 times better team with out him.. and joe mauer will never happen...

    I think we can take the hit for the rest of the year. after that we can go find someone else to play C.

    Well, i really think if francona can find a way to make tek the back up C. the sox are back in the talk of best teams in baseball.

    hahah this is funny... you got to be kidding me. spot start lowell thats batting close to .300? its time for tek to say good bye.. hes a great catcher but thats it. if we want to win he needs to sit. i really hope francona has the balls to tell tek its time to be a back up.     Yeah I hear all of yeah. I just thought they all should have played a little more. Oh well, let's get a championship now. I think it's going to be a really good second half.

    So, jason bay got 2 at bats then got pulled (for a Crawford) and i believe all the other starters stayed in for a 3rd. kevin youkilis got a PH who i tihnk everyone would say is better then anyone else in the AL at first. and oh yeah, the 2 pitchers that have the most wins in the mlb didnt even pitch. i under stand that beckett pitched on sunday, but it really seems wierd. what do you all think??

    yeah, but i also think we should have won a it all again last... i also think he blow it last year in the playoffs. so yes, the sox have 2 but i think they could have 3.
