    Is Terry Francona a good manager or does the players the red sox have make him look good??? Im really getting kinda pissed about how hes been coaching the last couple of years and lets face it, he was crap in phili. What do you all think??

    ok, ill maybe give you pujols, arod is a no. pujols and Manny had the just about the same numbers last year. i think pujols had 37 HR, 115 RBI's and 360 AVG. Manny had 37 HR, 121 RBI and 332 AVG. so if you think pujols and arod is batter that would make him the 3rd best hitting. are you saying you wouldnt want that on your team? all we have to do is keep him happy and we couldnt do that. i know his a dick, but he can hit. we all know that.

    you know, i come on here about 4 months ago in the off season to read everyone saying "its going to be ok". we really didn't do s*** in the off season to keep of the the rays and the Yankees. we really weren't going to be ok after the best hitting in baseball went to the la and we should have all known that papi is done. his best friend is gone and i don't think i could hit a beach ball right now. i know it doesn't help when are MVP isn't hitting right now, but we know this is how he started last year so im not that worried about that. i think its time for some line up changes and a trade or 4. papi shouldn't be anywhere close to the 3 spot right now. i don't know what its going to take for Francona to see this. he is starting to piss me off more then anything. on a good note, i really don't see Theo letting this season get to out of hand before making some needed changes.

    I would try stub hub.. i'm from Cali and i fly in to catch about 10+ games a year and had no problems finding them there. you are going to pay a little more but, hey, you'll see some sox games.

    Is it me or does the Steelers get every F*&%ing call in the book?????? that last TD wasnt even close and they overturn it.. holy s***! God, i hate them almost as much as the Giants.

    I like this alot. i hope we can find a way to keep Masterson in the pen. i think that fits him the best.. i wouldnt even mind getting Lowe back.

    lol i know. i just thought it would be funny. i've been in Hollywood for ages now and i got to see him up close. then again, going to a dodgers game is like watching the grass grow. and i know we could. i think it would be a good move. i just hope we dont give up to much for him, but then again we have to do what we have to do. thats the most important spot on the field. i dont know a lot about Saltalamacchia, but from the little ive seen and the people i have talk to they all seem to love him. what is do you and everyone on here think???

    Ive seen the hat in real live now that i got one and it look way better in person then online. i don't think its as bad as everyone is thinking.

    Yes we need a catcher and im sure well get one before the 09 season starts. dont forget buchholz had a No-hitter and we can thank whoever tried to change buchholz throwing slot or whatever they tried to do. i think we will be fine in time. he is still very young. Wakefield is a good 5 in are rotation. he never gets hurt and well see 200+ innings and 10 to 12 wins.

    I guess you werent watching last year. we did just fine with out manny. he's a hell of a player, but we almost got into the WS with out him and dont forget Papi was hurt. i bet he will go right back to being a .300+, 35 HR and 120+ RBI's. also, bay did just fine and had a pretty good playoffs for his first time, well i believe it was his first.
