He shoud be hitting it on the ground. The only type of pitches he should try to give any sort of loft are pitches high in the strike zone. Otherwise, beat it into the ground and run like there's someone chasing you who wants to cut your balls off.

Athletes don't acquire PED's through presciption here, that would net the prescriber a lifetime ban from medicine and/or jailtime if proven. What really makes acquiring PED's here easy is the black market. It's cheaper and of course, much more difficult to identify a user who's buying but not distributing but who also doesn't live here. FYI, our PDCC (Pharmaceutical Distribution Control Code) is modeled to the exclamation points off of yours, the real problem is in enforcement because of the existence of the aforementioned black market and the ease of contraband from both Haiti and the rest of the Caribbean.
