    Dude's got the sickest pimped-out Bentley. You know who i also saw in person once? Izzy Alcantara. A buddy of my dad's used to play amateur ball with him before he signed. I asked him, at the chance of getting my ass kicked: "What the f*** were you thinking that day?" He replied with a chuckle and said: "I don't take s*** from anybody". I've got a lot of stories about baseball, but those two are the best.

    Yes is did. In fact, Hanley's family here in the Dominican (besides the ones in Samana) live a block from my house. :D:D:D I've actually talked to him in person a couple times. I remember asking him last year: "How does it feel to be rich after being on the lower end for so long?" He responded: "The same, but with a lot more things and a much easier life, however, money doesn't have to change who you are" I'll never forget it, specially since that was pretty deep for someone who looks so dumb.

    Dominican Winter Leagues. But i also used to help scout Minors material with a guy who trains kids around here. You'd be surprised how many people literally breathe baseball in this country.

    Again, easy to say from the couch. Have you ever taken a 90 MPH pitch? I once saw a young prospect get hit in his knee by a wild fastball from a prospect who's actually playing for an NL West team right now. Two surgeries and 1 1/2 years of rehab later, the kid's working at a restaurant.

    I think the Sox have a better chance of making the playoffs by winning as many ballgames as possible. It's easier to beat Texas without Youk than NYY without Youk.
