1.
Topic|Team|Content Prospect|Yankees|The player in question is made of 150% pure awesomeness. Fear us. Prospect|Sox|He could be good, but this is why he won't be. Signing|Yankees|This is the missing piece. We'll win 160 games, and the umps will screw us out of 2. Signing|Sox|Risky move, overpaid here, they'll regret this. Injury|Yankees|They don't get hurt. Hypothetically, if they did, the recovery will be speedy with no impact to ability. Injury|Sox|Everyone is a ticking time bomb. Once hurt, they'll never heal right. Pending FA|Yankees|He will surely sign with the Yankees, or if not, good riddance to bad rubbish Pending FA|Sox|He will reject any deal with Boston and sign with New York Potential trade|Yankees|The team in question will be glad to turn this guy over to us for middling pieces Potential trade|Sox|Say goodbye to multiple Top 10 prospects
Perfect. Thanks dude.
2. Ya sure. Whatever, man.
3. Your doomsday predictions really don't matter, man. In fact, since you predicted his retiring, Wake probably comes back and wins 14 games in the 2nd half next year.
4. But that's what i've been saying all along. What the f***?
5. Lol ok.
6. Lol Alcides Escobar.
7. Since when does a Paul Byrd-type second half entrance constitute being a regular Starting Pitcher?
8. He could be effective in a half-year role. The past couple of years have been indication enough that his body can't handle a full season of pitching, but he's been able to take about a half-season of consecutive turns in the rotation before wearing down. I think logic dictates that's a trend that could be taken advantage of.
9. Mid level close to the majors pitching prospect.
10. Delcarmen +
11. The Rays are locked with Burrell. Minnesota has Kubel. Anaheim might re-sign Vlad to be their full-time DH. I honestly don't see many options. Oakland perhaps? Seattle?
12. He's had OBP's above .340 in the past, so it's not out of the question.
13. He makes a ton of money. Unless the Sox are willing to eat a ton of his contract, he has no value.
14. Fixed.
