RBI are too team dependent.

They're much more useful, since it's the best way for a closer to break the bank on a poor, unsuspecting team.

It's much more useful. It can be used together with road OBP to determine how much home/road splits affect a certain player's offensive ability.

How overrated it is is what makes it the worst IMO. It's a photo finish between RBI and BA, but RBI wins.

Well it is, but it's still a stat and can be semi-useful when paired with other, more telling stats.
