  1. That explains a lot.
  2. Then why's Lowell warming the bench? Honest question: Do you think you're a better evaluator of defensive performance than the Red Sox front office?
  3. You forget that Lowell was a Gold Glover. He still has soft hands, but doesn't have the same range. This is a fact acknowledged even by Lowell himself.
  4. I know you like Lowell and all, but be serious.
  5. Thank you. But they were two great plays.
  6. Say it, i know you watched the game last night........talk about our 3B......
  7. Not to me. But i hate heat so much, i think i may find myself liking the cold better.
  8. lolwut? You gotta be kidding right? September's probably the hottest month besides May and August here in DR.
  9. I wonder just how cold Michigan really is.......
  10. I'm supposedly an uneducated f*** since i live in the DR, yet multiple U.S universities have accepted me into their law, public administration or politics programs and recommending me for scholarships . Funny how that works. Now after that back-patting session........wonder how long will it take after the next Sox loss (or Yankee win) for Yankee fans not named Y228 to come storming back to the forum.
  11. I've been predicting a team resurgence since late April and no one gives me any credit. This team is too good to play like it did most of April. The moment of the run was unimportant, it was going to happen..
  12. Sox up to 12th in the AL (after being dead last for most of the year) in runs allowed, they rank fifth in K's, and 11th in BB's allowed. Improvement. As for the defensive side of things: The Red Sox currently rank 7th in the Major Leagues in UZR/UZR150, 6th in defensive efficiency, and 4th in Park Adjusted Defensive Efficiency. All defensive metrics concur that the Red Sox currently boast one of the best defenses in baseball, and with a resurging rotation and consistently productive offense, looks like the April struggles are a thing of the past.
  13. But i didn't do anything (this time). And Bard gets out of the inning 1-2-3. For the love of God Papelbon, clean save.
  14. Our energy could be better spent wondering why the forum has been so devoid of Yankee fan presence lately. And Bard pwns Rodriguez.
  15. Nice play by Cameron the "worthless signing".
  16. Calm down, people, we're winning the game!
  17. Beltre. He lives here in Dominican, so he'd probably give me cases upon cases of Presidente. How could i say no to such an enticing prospect?
