    This might be sacrilege, but Ellsbury is swinging too big. Needs to shorten his swing a little. He needs to make sure he stays consistent with his batting average first and foremost.

    Every niow and again I'm sure Tito looks back at moves he tried to make and wonders just what he was thinking at the time. I'm sure that was one. Is it entirely impossible that it was a missed sign? If so though, both Ortiz and Crawford misinterpreted the sign in the same way.

    We need to promote some rookies in the offseason and use the money we're shedding from Drew (Reddick) Varitek and Ortiz (Lavarnway) along with cash savings from Cameron, and sign CC Sabathia away from the Yankees.

    I would love Guthrie on the Sox. Unfortunately a Bruce Chen type seems more likely to me. I wonder what the asking price on Mark Buehrle is.
